Our Team

Dylan Brobst

President of Board of Trustees

Dylan and his wife Melissa are career missionaries to Guatemala. They have been involved in ministry leadership and development since 2010. In 2022 they launched their own nonprofit organization, Uniting 2 Serve Inc., to support their efforts in Guatemala and help other churches and ministries serve their communities effectively. God has used Dylan‘s leadership training and experience from his time in the US Marine Corps, as a DoD contractor, and ultimately as a leader in ministry for 10 years on the field has helped mold him into the leader he is today. He answered God’s prompting in 2019 to begin helping Journey of Faith church in their strategic plan and leadership development.

Georgia Lutz

Secretary of Board of Trustees

Georgia rededicated her life to Christ at the time of her baptism, and that event changed her life. After high school, Georgia attended Eastern Christian College in Bel Air, MD and graduated from Ozark Christian College in Joplin, MO with a degree in Christian Education. Georgia has been blessed to serve in different roles in ministry such as, teaching (adults and children), camp counselor, women’s ministry leader, vacation bible study, and currently leads Journey of Faith Wednesday night Spark Conversation.

After spending several months serving with Puget Sound Christian Indian Mission, she returned to Lancaster to begin a career in healthcare as a Registered Health Information Technician. Georgia retired from Brethren Village. Georgia has been a part of Journey of Faith Church Strategic Planning Committee since 2020 and joined the Board of Trustees for Journey of faith Church in 2021 as Secretary of Board of Trustees.

Proverbs 3:5-6 “Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight” – one of my favorite passages and I try to live by it daily.

Elaine Larrison

Treasurer of Board of Trustees

Elaine started teaching children in Sunday school when she was 16, and taught special education for 40 years. Elaine is a graduate of Ozark Christian College. She served as president of Women’s Fellowship, and treasurer of the Berean Class and Former Abbyville Road Christian Church. Elaine was a co-director of Vacation Bible School and is now serving as a Board of Trustee Member for Journey of Faith Church.
Elaine has been a part of Journey of Faith Church Strategic Planning Committee for over 2 years all while being employed at Santander Bank for 42 years and branch manager for 35 of the 42 years.

Joe Restuccia

Board of Trustees Member

Joe was born and raised in York, Pa. At the age of 27 in 1983 he accepted Christ as Lord and Savior, beginning his Christian journey. In 1994 he was led by the Lord on his first mission trip to the country of Guatemala to work on the construction of a new school building at an orphanage in the town of Villa Nueva. Since that first trip he has been part of and leader of multiple trips to that same orphanage, building relationships with many of the people and children of the area.

Throughout past years, Joe has been involved in various community and church leadership positions and continues to do so through Journey of Faith Church.

Rich Rodgers

Ordained Elder

Having the spiritual gifts of serving and compassion, Richard is often doing behind-the-scenes tasks that help make ministry run smoothly and also meeting the needs of other people. This includes carpentry, plumbing, painting, and even car repairs. He has served in the capacity of elder for thirty years at a previous church. Richard proudly served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. Married to Barbara since 1978, they have one daughter and one granddaughter.
